LOCAL SHIPPING
- All orders will be shipped out within 1 - 2 working days once payment has been received.
- If it's a pre-order, when stocks arrive, it will be shipped out the following day.
- A flat rate of $4 for our courier service with tracking number.
- Orders that are $75 and above qualify for free local shipping.
- We do not ship over the weekend, so if you need the items ASAP, please order them earlier.
- Once shipped out it will take 1 - 3 working days to reach you.
EXCHANGE
- Exchange are only applicable for the following reasons:
- An incorrect order (packaging has not been opened)
- Wrong mini shoes size (please measure your little one's feet from heel to toe before purchasing)
- Requests for exchange other than the above reasons will not be entertained.
- Do take note of our Terms and Conditions on product conditions.
- We will do an exchange replacement of the item if there is stock.
- Meet-ups to do the exchange will be discussed. Reveriebelle reserves the rights to decline locations that are not Central.
